Foods That Fight Cancer |
1. Garlic and onion - On examination, onions strongly inhibit the growth of cancer cells. Garlic contains allyl sulfides , which help in the suppression of colon, breast, lung and prostate cancer. To be effective, garlic has to be crushed and pruned a little. Don't burn! Garlic can also be eaten raw, but just be careful and it tastes bad.
2. Shitake mushrooms for sale - Shitake mushrooms contain polysaccharides and lentinians, which boost our immune system (body). The stronger our immune system is, the less likely we are to get sick. In Japan, chemotherapy patients are fed Shitake mushrooms to speed their recovery.
3. Carrots - The yellow fruits and vegetables contain vitamin A and lycopene which help prevent cancer. Includes carrots, sweet potatoes, squash and tomatoes. In a 6-year study on breast cancer, it was found that patients eating this diet had a longer life expectancy than not eating it.
4. Broccoli or cauliflower - Cabbages such as bok choy, broccoli, cauliflower and brussels sprouts contain sulforaphane substances , which are effective against cancer. In vegetable cooking, steam or cook slightly with olive oil. Do not boil vegetables because they will lose their effectiveness against cancer.
Ways of Cooking:
1. Use only a small amount of oil. Saute garlic and onion.
2. Place half cup of Shitake mushrooms.
3. After 2 minutes, place one cup of sliced carrots. Add 2 tablespoons oyster sauce and one-fourth glass of water.
4. After 2 minutes, put two cups of broccoli. Add water when the vegetables are dry. Wait 5 minutes until vegetables are cooked through.
5. Do not overcook the vegetables for nutrients. Also do not mix the sauce to keep the vitamin in the vegetable.
Prepare this dish regularly and reduce the chance of our family members getting sick.
