Heart Attack First Aid |
1. First of all, call a doctor and get the car ready to take him to the hospital.
2. While waiting, give the patient enough air. Use a fan, electric fan or air con. What happens in a heart attack is that the patient's oxygen supply is low.
3. Sit the patient in a comfortable chair or bed. He needs to sit up to about 45 degrees. Put a small pillow under your feet to make her feel more comfortable.
4. Take off his clothes and necktie so that the nerves do not stick to his neck.
5. Our goal is to relax the patient. How to do it? Don't ask him a question. Just tell yourself to rest. “We fix the tasks and problems.” You can close your eyes and just relax.
6. Tell the patient to take a deep and slow breath, called deep and slow breathing. It relaxes and lowers blood pressure.
7. If he has a maintenance heart medication, take it.
8. For a heart attack, you need to give first aid medicine, Aspirin 325 mg tablet or maybe Baby Aspirin or 80 mg Aspilet but take two tablets.
9. If you know how to take blood pressure, monitor his blood pressure. We are watching for the sudden drop in blood pressure.
10. And of course, take the patient quickly to the Emergency Room of a large hospital. Because only doctors can tell if they are heart attack or not.
For relatives, be proactive and use common sense. Learn first aid for survival.
The only way to keep your health is to eat what you don't want, drink what you don't like, and do what you'd rather not. Yahooo!
ReplyDeletePrayer is not asking. It is a longing of the soul. It is daily admission of one's weakness. It is better in prayer to have a heart without words than words without a heart.
