For this article, I'm going to give you two meals, and you can choose what is healthier? Let's see if you can guess the right answer.

1. Coffee or tea

Coffee is a wonderful stimulant and has a little help in our memory. But tea also contains catechins, called artery protector, bacterial resistance and cancer resistance. Green tea is high in catechins. If you want to imitate the Chinese and Japanese who have a lower risk of heart attack, try the tea.
Winner: tea or green tea.

2. Fried egg or boiled egg

Usually, fried foods are less healthy than boiled, steamed or roasted. So hard-boiled eggs are healthier and only have 76 calories. But the fried egg weighs 92 calories because of the fat content. Also, hard-boiled eggs are safer than soft-boiled or salted eggs. This is because high temperatures kill salmonella-like bacteria in the egg. Avoid eating raw eggs and only buy eggs at safe stores.
Winner: Hard-boiled egg.

3. Fresh tomatoes or tomato sauce

Tomatoes and tomato sauce are high in antioxidants such as beta-carotene and lycopene. It helps with heart disease, and can lower the chances of prostate cancer and bowel cancer. But lycopene comes from inside the cell wall or tomato cells. First it needs to be cooked and some oil is applied before it can be absorbed by our body. As a result, tomato sauce is healthier.
Winner: Tomato sauce.

4. Pork fat or fish fat

Pork fat and cow's fat have been proven to actually cause cancer and heart disease. However, according to the study, fish fat is good for the body, especially oily fish such as sardines, tuna, mackerel and salmon. This is the type of fat that does not boil and does not rise at room temperature. Omega-3 fish supplements also help normalize our heart rate, and extend our life span.
Winner: Fish fat.

5. Mango or strawberry.

Berries such as strawberries, blueberries and cranberries contain ellagic acid and polyphenols that are anti-cancer. The strawberries are still replete with vitamin B's, vitamin C, vitamin K, minerals, potassium (for the heart) and folate (for the blood). Okay mango because it has vitamin C but did you know that one slice of mango has 207 calories. It's like eating a cup of rice. A cup of strawberry has only 49 calories.
Winner: Strawberry.
