Best Foods to Eat Before Bed

In order for our bodies to be healthy, we need sufficient sleep. Here are the foods that help us sleep:
1. Banana.
Bananas have tryptophan and carbohydrates that help in the production of serotonin. Serotonin relaxes us. It also reduces stress.
2. Eat only a little.
Eat only small amounts of rice, vegetables and fish. It says, “No food intake after 6:00 pm or 7:00 pm”. That's right. We want to digest the food well before you go to bed. Symptoms of hyperacidity and GERD (Gastro-esophageal Reflux Disease) can also be reduced.
3. Sweet potato.
Sweet potatoes contain complex “carbohydrates.” They do not increase blood sugar. Sweet potatoes are also rich in fiber, vitamins B6, C and E, folate and potassium.
4. Oatmeal and cereals.
At night, it may not be enough to eat sometimes. Try 1 bowl of oatmeal or cereals at dinner. Oatmeal has vitamin B6 and melatonin that can help you sleep. You can add bananas and milk that are nutritious as well.
5. Milk.
Is drinking milk right for sleeping? Alright. This is because milk contains tryptophan. Tryptophan is a serotonin in the body and it makes us happy and relaxed. You will sleep faster.
6. Chamomile tea.
Hot chamomile tea is an effective antidote. It is good for the stomach, relaxes the stomach muscles, and has a calming effect.
Last tip: After eating at night, walk for 10-15 minutes first. It's to help the body digest what we eat.
